  • |3.How do I switch between laptop and tablet mode on a 2-in-1 device?

Given that Windows 11 has removed the "manual tablet mode switch button," for 2-in-1 tablets using Bluetooth connectivity, disconnecting the Bluetooth keyboard is equivalent to Windows 11 automatically switching to tablet mode.
    In Windows 11's design logic:
If the system detects any keyboard (USB / magnetic / Type Cover / Bluetooth)
👉 It assumes you are using "PC mode"
If the system does not detect any keyboard
👉 It assumes you are using the device as a "pure tablet"
👉 The virtual keyboard will automatically pop up in the input field.

  • |4.The customer reported that the screen had dead pixels, and the computer's CPU was inexplicably running at full capacity.

The system is downloading something; if the user didn't initiate the download, then the system is automatically updating system patches.

  • |5.How to fix a flickering computer screen?

This is caused by a loose connection in the display cable.  We need to determine if this machine requires repair. If the user is comfortable disassembling the machine themselves, they can try reconnecting the display cable. When reconnecting, please try to position the cable as shown in the image, pushing it as far to the left as possible.

  • |6.Troubleshooting a Black Screen with Movable Mouse After Update

    Initial Attempts & Observations

    1.Force Restart Your Computer:

Press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds to force a shutdown.

Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to turn it back on.

Observe: See if it boots into the desktop normally. Sometimes, it's just a temporary loading glitch.

2.Try to Launch Task Manager and Start explorer.exe:

*While on the black screen, try pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete to bring up the Task Manager.

    If Task Manager appears:

u Click "File" in the top-left corner, then choose "Run new task" (or "Run new task" next to "Processes" in Windows 11).

u In the dialog box, type explorer.exe. If available, check "Create this task with administrative privileges," then click "OK."

u Observe: Check if your desktop and taskbar now appear.

    Recovery Environment

If the above methods don't work, you'll need to enter the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) for deeper troubleshooting.

How to Enter Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE): When your computer can't boot normally, you can often force it into WinRE by interrupting the startup process multiple times. Usually, it's like this:

    1. Press and hold the power button to force a shutdown.

    2. Press the power button again to turn it on.

    3. As soon as you see the Windows logo, immediately press and hold the power button again to force a shutdown.

    4. Repeat this process about 3 times. On the fourth attempt, your system should automatically enter WinRE.

Once in WinRE, you'll see a "Choose an option" screen. Select "Troubleshoot" -> "Advanced options."
